Tele-counselling BusinessThe tele-counselling business application allows mental health practitioners to conduct counselling sessions with their clients through: audio/video calling, counselling via text/chat or via phone call. It also allows the mental health practitioner to manage and monitor mental health sessions. Features* Rating: the mental health practitioner is rated by clients at the end of each sessions* Clients: indicates the number of clients the mental health practitioner has offered services to* Pending sessions: indicates confirmed appointments that are yet to take place* Counselling duration: indicates the total duration of counselling sessions conducted by the mental health practitioner* Revenue Generated: indicates the total sum of money generated by the mental health practitioner for the time spent counselling clients * Requested Appointments: indicates the counselling appointments requested by clients * Clients’ Notes: a digital notepad used to take notes after a counselling session. Notes are recorded for each client and are also meant to assist other mental health practitioners to understand the client’s journey. NB: All our clients are anonymous so issues of privacy are strongly upheld. * History: indicates past counselling sessions. The Tele-Counselling platform uses a Pay-As-You-Go model therefore mental health practitioners are paid for the total duration of counselling sessions, paid on a monthly basis.
